The PACE Reach Counseling Center provides (at no cost) a community based, gender specific, counseling service to pre-teen and teen girls (ages 8-17) who reside in Broward County.

GOALS OF PACE REACH:

• Reduce risk factors related to violence, delinquency, teen pregnancy, academic underachievement and running away.
• Prevent and reduce substance abuse.
• Bolster coping and communication skills
• Develop positive behavioral changes and decision making skills.
• Assist in developing positive self image and increase self-esteem.
• Improve academic functioning.
• Prevent and /or reduce involvement in the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice and the Florida Department of Children and Families.

• Individual, family and group counseling
• Assessments
• Individualized goal planning
• Home visits
• Substanse abuse prevention
• Juvenile diversion / prevention services
