Kelly Otte is our Executive Director at PACE Leon. She has a long history in her work on behalf of women and girls. In 1996, she began as Executive Director of Refuge House in Tallhassee and in 2008 she founded and directed the Oasis Center for Women and Girls. She will continue to be involved with Oasis as she takes on her new leadership position with the PACE Center for Girls. Kelly continues her strong advocacy work and leadership role in Leon and most recently was appointed to serve on the newly formed Leon County Commission on the Status of Women and Girls.
