About Pace Leon

Pace Center for Girls Leon, located in Tallahassee, Florida, opened in 1994. Since that time, Pace Leon has served more than 1,000 girls throughout Leon County through our academic Day Program and Pace Reach programs.

"I came to Pace when I was 15 because I was having a hard time at school. Pace has made me a more open-minded person. Pace has also taught me that you don't know what someone has been through. The girls here don't carry it on their backs. Pace is very welcoming and open. Honestly, I like Pace! It was a good choice for me to come here, not just academically, but to learn how to deal with people, how to avoid certain situations - just life lessons that I needed."
