On January 14, 2012, over 80 little girls were treated to a magical evening at the Snowflake Ball, all benefiting PACE Center for Girls. In only its third year, the Ball sold out almost a month before the event and has become a signature event for girls in Manatee County.

Upon entry, girls were greeted by ballerinas, dancers, and princesses who invited them to take photos and collect autographs while dads reserved horse drawn carriage rides. Once upstairs, girls and dads enjoyed dancing, crafts, and a special photo booth! The most special moment occurred when the dads and daughters were separated, and the DJ invited the dads to sing "My Girl" to their daughters! This event is the heart of PACE... encouraging relationships between a dad and daughter is priceless.
In the end, over $15,000 was raised for PACE. We would like to thank our chair, Valerie Grubbs for all of her hard work and dedication! We would also like to thank the following for their support:
