PACE Center for Girls, Inc. provides a non-residential, prevention program for girls. PACE targets the unique needs of girls ages 12 to 18 who are identified as at-risk for delinquency due to multiple risk factors. Risk factors include, but are not limited to being truant, experiencing trauma, failing or struggling with academics, grief and loss, home environment and location. PACE operates 17 centers throughout Florida. Since its creation in 1984, PACE has served over 24,000 girls across the state. PACE Orange opened its center in 1991.


PACE accepts referrals from school personnel, community services agencies, the juvenile justice system, parents, family members, friends and self-referrals. Our referral form is located on the left hand side of this screen.

 

PACE Orange is located at 445 N. Wymore Road in Winter Park Florida, 32789. This location is near the intersection of I-4 and Lee Road. We can be reached at (407) 992-0456 phone or (407) 992-0455 fax.

PACE Center for Girls Orange is pleased to announce that we are now a  partner of the United Way of Central Florida.  The United Way is funding a new position and program for PACE.  The program is for our transition girls.     

If you are a former PACE Orange girl and you have moved, please contact us to let us know how you are doing.    We want to celebrate your successes with you, be here for you if you need some PACE love and support and let you know what PACE Orange is doing for girls in our community.

Many of you remember Ms. Chonteau she is now our Transitions Counselor and she would LOVE to hear from you!!  She is here to help your transition needs.  Are you looking to go to college?  Are you needing career guidance?  Do you need a tutor for your high school classes?  Are you confused and just needing someone to talk to?  Ms.  Chonteau is here and  we cannot express it enough but you know "Once a PACE Girl, always a PACE Girl."    You are missed!
