Believing in Girls Fundraiser Luncheon PDF Print
We are looking for 15 assertive volunteers who can serve as table captains for our 2010 Believing in Girls Luncheon. This is a free event for people to come and learn more about the PACE program. The Believing in Girls luncheon is a fundraiser and guests will be asked to consider making a contribution. While there are specified donation options, there is no minimum and no maximum gift requested. As much as anything, we want people to come and find out about the great programs offered at PACE and to hear first hand from PACE girls the positive difference PACE has made in their lives. We appreciate the time constraints we all face and it is our commitment to those gracious enough to give of their time to limit this event to one hour. In that one hour period, people will be informed about, and moved by, the success story that is PACE Center for Girls. Table captains ensure our success by inviting friends, family, co-workers, etc. to join them at their table for the event. The luncheon is not a time consuming event. The table captain training is quick, less than an hour and the luncheon is only one hour. So much can be accomplished in a short time period and it makes a tremendous difference to PACE. We are interested in people who connect with PACE Center for Girls and who can relay their passion and belief in our mission to others in the community. Our event is scheduled for Tuesday, November 9 from 12:00-1:00 at the West Palm Beach Marriott located at 1001 Okeechobee Boulevard. A tour of PACE Center for Girls, Palm Beach County is available on Monday, September 13 at 10:00am and Wednesday, September 22 at 2:00.  The center is located at 1225 D South Military Trail (in the Summit Commons Plaza) in West Palm Beach.

Center Undergoing Renovations PDF Print

We are experiencing an exciting time at the center.  Currently we are expanding the center space from 6,750 square feet to just under 11,000 square feet.  A computer lab, group room, conference room, activities room, staff lounge, three individual meeting offices and a large storage room will be added to the center.  With the additions, we have the capability to both enhance existing services and offer additional services to the girls.  Please continue to check our website for details on our upcoming Open House celebration.
