Once a PACE Girl, Always a PACE Girl!

When a girl makes the decision to come to PACE, she is making a commitment to herself and to her future.  In honoring her commitment, PACE continues “Believing in Girls” far beyond the front doors of our center.  In order to help girls further their achievements and maintain their progress after they leave the program, PACE provides three years of transitional follow up and support services.

Transition Services maintains a schedule of regular follow-ups through phone calls, school and community visits, newsletters, cards and email.  The girls receive constant reminders that PACE is always available as a resource for guidance, counseling, community referrals and crisis intervention to assist with personal, academic and vocational issues.  In addition, former PACE girls are offered opportunities to participate in psycho-educational groups, volunteer activities and other constructive, recreational events.
