The Landon Outreach Foundation recently sponsored a six-week Etiquette class for a group of 10 PACE Pasco girls.  The course was conducted by the Centre for Women and included tips for proper behavior in a variety of social situations.  Upon completion, the girls visited Landon Plastic Surgery for a special "spa day" of pampering, including facials, manicures, pedicures, and lunch.  The girls also modelled fashions by Material Girl II at PACE's Fifth Annual Fashion Show on Saturday, November 13, 2010.

Publix Super Markets Charities, Inc. has awarded PACE Pasco a grant to support our programs serving at-risk Pasco County girls in academic year 2010-2011.  Publix Super Markets Charities, formerly the George W. Jenkins Foundation, was established by the founder of Publix, George Jenkins, to improve life in our communities.  We are so grateful for their support!

Women in Networking’s recent "A Women's Symposium 2010" was an outstanding success!  Hundreds of women enjoyed a diverse mix of exhibitors and food vendors as well as workshops on topics including parenting skills, projecting an image, networking, how to budget your money, technology for your business, and more.  All proceeds from the Symposium benefited the PACE Centers for Girls of Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas counties.
