The Pinellas PACE Center for Girls was established in January of 1997 and has helped more than 2,400 girls achieve success in school and home.

Current Stats

  • 137 girls served in 2010-2011
  • 15.4 years old at time of referral
  • 37% exibited runaway behavior before coming to PACE
  • 50% reported using drugs and alcohol prior to coming to PACE
  • 69% lived in high crime rate neighborhoods

  • 87% remained crime free while enrolled at PACE
  • 88% were placed in appropriate educational settings after leaving PACE
  • 98% improved their academic performance
  • 77% were in school or employed three years after leaving PACE
