Frequently Asked Questions

Reach therapy is available at no cost to girls and families. There is no financial eligibility or insurance requirements to access Reach therapy services.

Girls ages 11-17 who could benefit from additional support with mental health, personal growth, or life skills development are eligible. Our program is designed to be accessible and adaptable to each girl’s needs.

Our therapists can meet girls in a variety of convenient locations, including their schools, community centers, after school activities, or even at home. We work with families to find the location that feels safest and most comfortable for each girl. Contact your local Pace program to find more information about service delivery.  

Typically, sessions occur weekly. The frequency of sessions can be flexible and tailored to each girl’s unique needs. Therapists work with families to develop a schedule that best supports the girl’s goals and fits into her daily life. 

We strongly value family engagement.  Parents and guardians are encouraged to be actively involved in their girl’s progress. As part of our commitment to holistic support, the Reach Program offers family sessions when appropriate. We believe that involving family members can strengthen a girl’s support network and reinforce the skills she’s building.

The length of participation varies depending on each girl’s needs and goals. Therapists work with girls and their families to create a personalized timeline that supports sustained growth and development.
