Pace Center for Girls Announces New Executive Director of Pace Palm Beach

Pace Center for Girls (Pace) proudly announces the appointment of Mindy Hanken as Executive Director of Pace Palm Beach.

“Mindy is a dynamic, collaborative leader who has the vision and experience to advance our mission and reach more girls in Palm Beach County,” said Mary Marx, Pace President and CEO. “I look forward to working alongside Mindy as she strengthens our connections to the Palm Beach community and leads Pace Palm Beach through a time of transformation.”

Hanken brings over 20 years of nonprofit and youth development leadership to Pace Palm Beach. She has a proven record of community impact and most recently served as the Chief People and Program Officer at the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County. Previously, she was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer at Mandel JCC of the Palm Beaches and the Director of the Teen Initiative of the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County.

Hanken holds a Master of Social Work with a concentration in Administration & Community Planning from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources with a concentration in Children & Families from the University of Delaware. She is a Certified Professional Coach from the University of Miami, holds a Certificate in Management Excellence from Yale University, a Certificate in NonProfit Board Excellence from BoardSource, and is a Certified Trainer in Safe and Respectful Workplaces from Ta’amod.
